Payment , What kind of payment to be accepted?
Payment by Paypal is most preferable. Payment must be made to complete the order before delivery.

Delivery ,How much for ship cost, delivery time and other details?
Ecrater system will automatically calculate for total cost once you have specified the quantity of items. In case you send us an email to place order (not via the system), we will conclude the order for you by return mail. Delivery time will take around 1 week for plants preparation. Delivery time is usually around 2 – 4 weeks, but it vary depends of certain locations. The resulting delays are unfortunately out of our control. In case of your urgent need, we can arrange all shipments by Express Mail Service (EMS) upon your request. Please complete your order process through the payment first, and send us a request later asking to ship as EMS. We will advise you for additional cost that you need to pay more by return mail. All shipment would be made as normal post with tracking number provided. However, track and trace is available for all express shipments only (EMS). We ship worldwide, but no longer ship to Brazil, Australia and Taiwan.

Phytosanitary , What happens with the phytosanitary certificate?
Please contact us if you need phytosanitary certificate since some countries do require, and some countries do not need. Phytosanitary certificate application will take few days to proceed and we may include in the shipment as a special service from us.

Replacement ,Is there any replacement policy?
We are willing to arrange you replacement shipments. However, the evidence we require from you is photo taken of the damage plants on the arrived date of your plants package. We reserve the right not to arrange replacement shipments if you are fail to send us the photo requested for our approval. Your photo of damages plants would help us to improve our services and to prevent the lost of both parties.
